Simulation (interactive) Training

Simulations allow you to place the learner in a risk-free environment while giving them hands-on learning. In the example flow shown here, the user is guided through the process of accessing a files version history and restoring the file to a previous version.

Paired with audio and on-screen text, the learner is prompted to click the correct place on the screen to advance the training.

The use of a 'hot-spot' in development of the project allows the replication of the process in real time, without actually opening an application.

This type of training can be most useful for tactile learners (learn by doing) and can train a learner in an application that does not have test accounts or where creation of records or other tasks may negatively effect production.
